Screening is mandatory for first time meetings.
As well as completing the booking form below, please provide two of the following:

A photo of yourself holding your driver's license, passport or government issued ID. You may blur out your address and drivers license number if it makes you more comfortable, but I require your full name, date of birth and photo to be visible.
Your active LinkedIn profile (150+ connections)
References from two local providers, including links to their websites or social media
